Sharepoint 2013 Sorry Your Session Has Expired Please Refresh the Page to Continue

We are having a wierd problem, that is proving difficult to resolve. Normally in Microsoft Word, users can see Sharepoint, and One Drive, however for the vast majorty, this dosent appear and users cannot sign in. "There is a problem wih your account". This error is not helpful, however, we are sure the problem resides in the user permissions on the computer, rather than anything to do with Microsoft. As similar users with different permissions have no problems...?
Has anybody else experienced this problem ?
Can you help? - Having already contacted Microsoft Support, the ticket was closed, stating, the problem is something with user permissions, without a resolution. Does anyone know what permissions are required to make this work ?
Trouble installing/signing into Office for Mac
After the reported error trying to install Office for Mac through my 365 admin panel/settings, i downloaded the software through the suggested alternative links.
I have been getting the same error signing into the software for the last 24 hours although it appears that it now works for some other users.

Download Click-to-Run for Office 365 products by using the Office Deployment Tool
Hi there
I'm unable to download the source files for Office 365 using the technique outlined in this TechNet article: https://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/jj219424.aspx
I run the following syntax from an elevated command prompt:
C:\Windows\system32>\\servername\Office15\setup.exe /download \\servername\Office15\customconfigfile.xml
My configuration file is written like this:
<Configuration>
<Add SourcePath="\\PCL004262\Office15" OfficeClientEdition="32">
<Product ID="O365ProPlusRetail" >
<Language ID="en-us" />
</Product>
</Add>
</Configuration>
I have internet access from this machine.
The error I receive (immediately) is:
I'd really appreciate some help with this!
Many thanks,
Joe
Lync application missing
This does not work, it takes you back to the entire packet install which then fails to include LYNC again!
Office online issues
Hi, I am experiencing some issues with office online. When i open a word document via office online It does not load any UI and gives no error message, I can see the document but can do nothing to it.
Also i should mention that this is when i open existing documents, when i create a new one with word it gives me an error message that reads "Sorry, we ran into a problem", it loads the UI this time but is greyed out.
I should also mention that i get the same issues regardless of if i create a new document or if i open an existing document from here on. When i open Excel online i get an error message that reads Sorry, your session has expired . Please refresh the page to continue" so i refresh it and it gives me the same error.
When i open power point online it starts to load but then continues on the loading page and never seems to stop. I currently cant do any work on office 365 and am getting annoyed with it, any ideas to how i could fix these issues.
Office 2013 32-bit error messages about memory/resources
One of the users in my company was experiencing an issue with his Outlook (64-bit Office 2013), specifically when trying to open an Outlook Message Format - Unicode file that someone else sent him, and this seemed like a common issue after researching a bit online. I uninstalled his 64-bit Office from his machine and reinstalled 32-bit Office, which solved that issue. Now he's experiencing something very odd.
Whenever he opens a powerpoint, excel, or word file, he gets errors like these:
These error boxes only happen with some files, not all of them, but with the ones that do... sometimes they allow him to open the files and sometimes they do not. Also, if he opens Word first and then chooses his document afterward, these error messages don't pop up. There doesn't seem to be a pattern with how and when they show up but it's very intrusive of his work. He can still edit, save, send files etc. but the error messages don't go away.
At first I thought it was because of his system but it shouldn't be because he has a Windows 7 Pro 64-bit edition Operating System with 8GB of RAM. Nothing hardware wise has changed since I removed his 64-bit office and reinstalled 32-bit.
I also went through the typical procedures of repairing MS Office, with Quick Repair, Online Repair, using Microsoft's Fix It tool and simply uninstalling it through the control panel. Nothing has worked and the error messages will not go away.
What could be the problem?

I am not able to sync my one drive. The credentials needed appears, however when I click it nothing happens. I do not have Office 2013 on my desk top so the fix of going to "accounts" is not an option. What else can be done?

Feature broken message on startup of office
I have had an issue with Microsoft Office 365 since downloading it a year ago. Whenever I open up any of the programs, such as Microsoft Word, Powerpoint, or Excel, I get a message that says, "We're sorry but this feature appears to be broken and needs to be repaired. Use the Programs and Features option in the Windows Control Panel to repair Microsoft Office." I did this, and eventually even uninstalled Office, turned off my computer, and reinstalled it, but I still get the message. I can run the programs in safe mode without getting the message, and read that this indicates I may have a third party add-in that is causing the issue, but I do not have any add-ins downloaded. Regardless I disabled each of the add-ins running in MS Word, but the problem still persists. How do I fix this?
Integrating ACT! with Outlook 365

Editing files in Outlook Web App
Hi,
If you have an Office 365 subscription that includes OneDrive for Business you can edit Word and PowerPoint documents directly in OWA. Does anyone know where these edited versions are stored? I would expect in OneDrive for Business but I can't find them there. They will be in the sent items folder of course, but it doesn't make sense to me if files are stored in 2 places.
Kind regards,
Harold
The Dash char not available to a list or library in Sharepoint Online
It looks like when creating a list in Sharepoint Online if a dash is used in a name then Sharepoint removes it.
The dash does work in a Site collection name. A site name. A file name. But not in a list name. Does anyone know the reason why? TIA
Workflows activated but approval not showing as an option
Hello,
I have full access permissions granted, I've activated Approval workflow by 1)clicking on it on the workflow worksheet and 2) going to Site Settings>Site Features (see picture below). I've read every other post in regards to this topic, but have not found a solution to get this app active.
OneDrive for Business client app install error
We have tried for weeks to resolve this on our own, but with no luck. Our end users can access the OneDrive for Business using the online access browser , but when we try to install the client app locally on their computers, we keep getting the same error message…"Something went wrong…Sorry we ran into a problem….Go online for additional help….Error Code: 30174-4".
At first we thought it was our WatchGuard firewall not allowing specific traffic through because if the computer is taken offsite and the software will install, but after reviewing the firewall logs in real time when the error occurred, no traffic was seen getting blocked. Just FYI, the Windows firewall settings are set to be off when the computer is connected to our domain, so we know it is not those settings either. After researching this on the Internet, some suggested to make sure the antivirus software was turned off and though this had no effect once the computer was off our network, we tried disabling the Symantec software anyway, and that still did not work. We have also tried reinstalling Office 2010 on some computers with a complete wipe and reinstall on others, but that did not work either. Also, all of the computers are running Windows 7, x64 and x86, and Office 2010 32 bit, including the ones that did install properly that were taken off network.
My question is how does OneDrive for Business install? Is it a cab or exe file that my firewall may be blocking? Does anyone know if I can maybe add an exception to our firewall that may allow this particularly traffic through? The reason I still think it is the firewall is that I was able to install the client on my workstation while it was still on our domain, but my IP address for my workstation has exceptions in the firewall to allow all traffic. Setting all of our end users to allow all traffic through the firewall is not only out of the question, but a very bad idea. Anyone else having this issue and if so, how did you resolve it?
Importing contacts using csv file: format not correct
I want to import my contacts from my outlook account into my office 365 account using a csv file and I keep getting the screen below telling me the format of the csv file isn't correct. I do not know however what is wrong with the file.
This is a sample of what the file looks like. There are no additional data other than the email adress, so the other fields are blank.
Am I missing something or doing something wrong?
Many thanks.
OneDrive for Business Android App Not Keeping Credentials
Good evening. We are using OneDrive for Business on several Samsung Galaxy Notes to sync content. It seems that OneDrive is constantly loosing cached credentials and requiring users to fully reauthenticate which is making it cumbersome to use. The interesting thing is that this is only the OneDrive app and the other Office apps react as anticipated, not requiring authentication at each power cycle, change of wireless network, etc. I'm curious to learn if this is a known issue or if others experience the same problem.
Hardware: Galaxy Note 10.1 w/current updates
Software: Latest Samsung and MS App updates
Thanks!
Can't add contact to Calendar permissions
Hello all,
I am attempting to set a specific contact in my address book as permission level 'reviewer'. I click 'Add', select their name, select permission level then when I hit apply...they suddenly disappear from the list. They do not get any access to my calendar. Why do they disappear when I hit apply? I have tried different permission levels but does not seem to work.
This does NOT happen with any other contact in my list.
Please help!
Saad
Visio Subscription
I tried Visio using the trial on one of my office 365 users. Months after the trial expired, we started a Month by Month subscription. Visio can't activate the license. It complains "...the products we found in your account can't be used to activate...(Visio).
How can I get my new subscription to activate?
